At Solvoda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you received your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hellosolvoda@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns that were not requested in advance.

Damaged or Defective Items: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items), underwear, swimwear, and personal care goods (including beauty products). If you have any questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return, please reach out to us.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to initiate a return for the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a reliable shipping service that provides shipping insurance. Solvoda does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost or damaged in transit. We advise customers to keep the tracking number and proof of shipment until
the return is processed.
